OSA Establishes Ministry Partnership with ADRA

During the fourth quarter of 2025, Operación San Andrés (OSA) entered into a cooperative agreement with the Adventist Development and Relief Agency (ADRA-PERU), a global humanitarian arm of the Seventh-day Adventist Church. An initial achievement from this cooperative agreement came about in February 2026 when the ADRA-PERU Food Bank donated three tons of yogurt to OSA.

What do 45 individuals from seven states in the USA have in common? They are all committed to Operación San Andrés and its ministry to the underserved residents of Collique. The group, including doctors, nurses, dentists, a PharmD, an optometrist, and lay volunteers, traveled from their homes to Peru in October.
Sheylla: Dreams Coming True

Sheylla has been part of the Operación San Andrés community for several years. Her dream has been to be a nurse and to work serving the children of Collique.
Alicia: Testimony of Appreciation

Alicia has lived in Upper Collique since 1990. She is happily married and has two grown children and two younger school-age children. She began losing her sight in 2013.
