The day-to-day work of Operación San Andrés depends on generous donations from individuals and churches who share our vision of showing Christian love in practical ways to marginalized people in Peru. We receive additional funding from charitable foundations and corporate matching gift programs. As explained more fully in our Gift Acceptance Policy, Operación San Andrés accepts gifts in many forms including cash, public traded securities, qualified charitable distributions, donor advised funds, and bequests, among others. We are always seeking partners to help provide financial support for our ministry.

Our home office is in Houston, Texas, USA, managed by our Board of Directors and a cadre of volunteers. We keep overhead costs low so that the vast majority of funds go directly to programs aimed at Improving Lives, Transforming Families, and Building a Better Future for the residents of Collique, Peru. In the spirit of transparency, our most recent filing of IRS Form 990 is available for review.

Many people choose to support Operación San Andrés by participating in our mission trips to Collique, which typically happen at least twice a year. Volunteers of all ages and from all walks of life accompany us on these trips and help to provide health care, educational and spiritual support, and other needs of the Collique community. Additionally, 8 to 12-week internships are available to individuals college-age and older.

The mission of Operación San Andrés depends on the generosity of donors like you. We’re counting on your continued support in the months and years to come.
